Established in 1975, Boscarino is renowned for it’s varied production of numerous types of simple “Bread” flavoured by our homeland’s ingredients which give our bread its delicate taste and scent of Sicily.

Treasuring the most ancient recipes and influenced by the different cultures that have crossed the island during the centuries, we produce breadsticks, croissants and breakfast cookies of famous fragrance and goodness, hand crafted with the commitment and the passion that the local tradition has handed down to us.

During the years the respect for tradition has been unchanged as has unchanged the continuous research dictated by the need to find new products that adjust better to the satisfaction of our clients.

The new production centre, located in C.da Fargione - Modica (Ragusa), is the answer to the numerous requests of our demanding clients.
